Please note that we do not directly organize, execute, or guarantee the quality of these services and products. Instead, we facilitate the booking process, provide information, and connect you with third-party providers or suppliers. If you have any issues, concerns, or claims related to the services or products, please address them directly with the respective providers or suppliers.

Before proceeding with any bookings or purchases, please review the relevant terms and conditions for each category of services or products. We offer information and facilitate bookings for retreats organized by professional retreat centers or third-party providers. For our own retreats, we will provide separate terms and conditions that you must review and accept when booking.

We also offer products related to chakras for sale, sourced from various suppliers. These products should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical advice, and we do not make any medical claims about them. If you have any issues related to the products, please contact our customer support, and review and accept the specific terms and conditions for product purchases.

KoldenFruit offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Cancellation Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION FOR FRUIT & VEGETABLES DELIVERY

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall KoldenFruit, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no case shall KoldenFruit be liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation of events from either party as well as due to Acts of God such as natural disasters and other events outside human control.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless KoldenFruit and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 20 - PAYMENTS AND PAYOUTS

Commission

We charge a standard 15% commission on the total booking amount you receive from a guest that found you through our platform. This commission is charged on the total package, including extras that are booked at any point after the initial booking.

Commissionable extras include:

  • Additional nights

  • Meals

  • Private Yoga Classes

  • Ayurvedic Consultations

  • Detox Packages

  • 1:1 Coachings

  • Other types of 1:1 consultations

  • Post retreat coaching

  • Surf lessons

  • Diving lessons

This list is subject to change at any time and without prior notice.

Bookings through our platform

Our commission is kept from the deposit, and the remaining balance is paid directly to you. Please note that we send payments once a minimum balance of £100 is reached. This saves transfer fees for you. If you’d like to receive your payout earlier, please contact our support team.

Once someone books a retreat, we hold the money we’ve received in escrow until you have confirmed their arrival at your retreat center.

We do payments twice a month, on the 1st and 15th. Payouts made on the 1st of the month are for bookings who arrived between the 14th and 29th of the previous month. Payouts made on the 15th of the month are for bookings who arrived between the 30th of the previous month and the 13th of the current month.

We will default to paying retreat owners in UK pound (GBP). Payments received from various currencies are converted at the time of booking to GBP at the exchange rate at the time of booking. We will then default to paying out in GBP from that converted amount.

There may be situations in which we pay out GBP and it can be converted to a retreat owner’s local currency, but this is at our discretion. We are not responsible in any way for fluctuations in currency exchanges, nor are they set by us.

KoldenFruit takes a 15% commission on the total price of the retreat. If a user books through us, the payment processing fee of 3% on the deposit will be deducted when we pay out to the retreat owner after the guest’s arrival date. The retreat owner will cover the payout fee when we send the money over. KoldenFruit has the discretion to change the methods of money transfer at any time. We will do our best in finding the most efficient way of sending money.

Transferable Booking

A Transferable Booking allows the guest(s) to change their arrival date to a future date within 1 year of the original arrival date, dependent on the retreat/training’s future availability. This request can only be made once per booking no later than 7 days before the original arrival date.

The price of the booking may be subject to change in accordance with seasonality or similar price changes. This has to be communicated and confirmed with the guest(s).

To offer this for your retreat/training you should have Book Instantly and the Transferable Booking option appearing on the retreat page.

Bookings directly through you (if you process your own payments)

If the customer came through our site and then paid you directly, we expect you to share the booking details with us immediately.

Once we receive the details from you, we add them to our system and send you an invoice for our 15% commission. All invoices are sent out 40 days before the guest's arrival date and are to be paid 30 days before arrival date (10 days net).

Late Payment Fee

If an invoice is not paid within 10 days after you receive it, a late payment fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will have to be charged. If an invoice still isn’t paid 30 days after you receive it, the late fee will be 10%.

Whenever possible, we try to minimise transactions by matching outstanding commission invoices with upcoming payouts. This saves transactions fees for you.

We greatly appreciate you letting us know of any bookings from guests we brought you. This is part of the honour system we work on. When retreat owners proactively tell us about bookings, we take notice! Outside of the honour system, we track and monitor inquiries. We’ll reach out once a month to see who booked.

If we find out that a retreat owner is trying to hide a booking from us, we’ll, unfortunately, have to ban them from our site.

We work hard to bring customers to all of our retreat owners. No doubt you’d feel a break in trust if the roles were reversed and we tried to hide a booking from you.

We’re not some faceless corporation, we’re real people who put our lives into this because we believe yoga and meditation can transform the world.

SECTION 21 - LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE

If a retreat owner lists a retreat on KoldenFruit, they are not allowed to list it for a lower price elsewhere. By listing a retreat here, retreat owners are stating and agree that this is the lowest price they offer on the retreat. Why do we have this clause? Listing a retreat on our site, and then selling it for a lower price elsewhere impedes our ability to provide this wonderful service to you. It undermines the trust our visitors place in us, and you.

We’re here as a family, and part of being a family is recognising the contributions of every member. We wouldn’t be here without you, and we’re here to help your business thrive.

Let’s work together on this as a team, because we’re all here for the same purpose: to help make the world a better place.

SECTION 22 - BEST PRICE GUARANTEE TERMS

Best Price Guarantee - If you find a lower rate on KoldenFruit or on another website by 23:59 local time the day before your retreat, inform us and we will help you get that price. Our retreat owners are not allowed to put a higher price on our site than they have listed elsewhere for the same retreat.

Submitting a Claim - You are required to complete your request using the KoldenFruit Contact us form by 23:59 local time the day before your retreat starts. If you’ve found a lower price, it has to be available for booking at the time you contact us. This is determined by our support team.

Sameness of the Retreat - Our Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches, including retreat, room type, cancellation policy, and the date of travel as booked through koldenfruit.co.uk. Also, the sameness must be to the exact same retreat purchased on its own through another website. For example, if you book a retreat on another website as part of a special package it won’t be eligible for our Best Price Guarantee. Our Best Price Guarantee applies to the cost of a booked retreat, as presented on your booking confirmation receipt, including any taxes and fees collected by us from you at the time of your booking. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to any taxes or fees collected by any third party from you. Our Best Price Guarantee isn’t available if you book a retreat on another website, and the price of that booking isn’t known until after your purchase. In addition, if there are requirements to be eligible for the lower price, including and without limitation: residency, regional and age, you must meet every single one of these requirements.

Lower price must be available to the general public - In order to be eligible for Our Best Price Guarantee, the prices must be both advertised and available to the general public. The following terms also apply for our Best Price Guarantee: the guarantee does not apply to rates offered on competitors' membership program websites; corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. In addition, the lower price can’t come from a website where a call is required to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received.

Verifying your claim - All claim requests are subject to verification by KoldenFruit.co.uk. We don’t accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that we at KoldenFruit.co.uk can’t confirm independently. We will not verify any request that we believe, in our sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.

Getting your refund for a verified claim - If your request is verified, you will receive a credit to the credit card that you used for your reservation. Where you have paid for your retreat at the time of booking, we will send your refund upon verification of your request. Where you have chosen to pay later at the retreat center, you will pay the center the original price upon arrival and we will send your refund after you have completed your stay. Please be aware that it may take up to 30 days or the next billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Right to change - We at koldenfruit.co.uk reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. Your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee is determined by the terms that are in effect at the time of your claim. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

SECTION 23 - INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

You have the responsibility for the following: you meet all requirements of foreign entry, and your necessary documents for travel (passports, visa, and others) are valid and organised for foreign entry. KoldenFruit does not have unique understanding or knowledge of your necessary documents for travel, or the foreign entry requirements. We strong encourage you to check any prohibitions on travel, different warnings, general announcements, and advisories that the government of your travel destination has issued. We encourage you to check this before booking your retreat and itinerary.

Visas and Passports: For this information you should contact the respective Embassy or Consulate for your travels. Change in requirements happen and you should always double check to make sure all your information is current before booking your retreat and leaving on your flight. We accept no liability in the event the airline or airport refused to grant you entry onto the flight, or if you are not allowed into a country due to a lack of proper requirements such as a passport, visa, or other documents that might be required for travel. This also applies for countries which may not be your final destination, but just stop-gaps. This includes any situation in which an aircraft stops, even if you stay in the plane or airport.

Health: You must consult with your doctor for the necessary and encouraged inoculations for your travel. Do this before you depart. You have responsibility for the following: taking any and all recommended medications, receiving the required inoculations, meeting entry requirements for health, and following medical advice given for your travel.

KoldenFruit offers retreats and other products in other countries, but this does not represent or warrant that travel to these areas is either risk-free or even advised. KoldenFruit is not liable for any losses or damages that may occur or result from traveling to these locations.

SECTION 24 - CURRENCY CONVERTER

The following terms and conditions apply to any currency conversion or displays on our website: The respective currency rates come from sources that are available to the public, including the European Central Bank and are to be used only as guidelines. These currency rates have not been verified, nor are we promising they are accurate. The actual currency rates may vary. These rates may or may not be updated daily. The information regarding currency rates is believed to be accurate, but KoldenFruit does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of them. If you use these currency rates for any financial purpose, you should first consult a professional in the finance arena to verify that the rates are accurate. You are not authorised to use the currency rates or other information relating to it for any purpose outside of your own personal use. You are expressly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or using this information for any commercial purposes.

SECTION 25 - PHOTO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

If you submit any photos they must be:

  1. On an appropriate topic: All your photos must be relevant to your retreat, location, surrounding area, housing and accommodation, or other closely relevant topics.

  2. Friendly to families and the overall community:

    1. No photos should be submitted that are: not legal, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or offensive/insulting.

    2. No photos should be submitted that: are an invasion of privacy of another person or entity, or violate any personal rights.

    3. No photos or information should be submitted that are: of children or any third parties without receiving prior consent. If a child is under 13 their parent can give consent.

    4. You must be above 13 to submit photos or other submissions to our site.

  1. Original photos: Only photos that you own or own the proper rights to can be submitted. No other photos are allowed to be submitted. Submitting photos from other sources is not allowed. No photos should be submitted that infringe upon any trademark, copyright, or any other right of a third party.

  2. Non-commercial: No photos should be submitted that include any content that’s intended for a commercial purpose. This includes logos, promotional photos, and branding material.

  3. No harmful files No photos should be submitted that: are intended or result in damage to computers, servers, or any property of KoldenFruit or anyone using KoldenFruit. Viruses and any harmful code being submitted is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 26 - NOTICE OF INFRINGING MATERIAL

Be aware of this: by submitting content to this Website by electronic mail, postings on this Website or otherwise, including any hotel reviews, photos, videos, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or the like contained in any submissions (collectively, "Submissions"), you grant KoldenFruit and the affiliated, co-branded and/or linked website partners through whom we provide service, a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such Submissions throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised; and (b) use the name that you submit in connection with such Submission. You acknowledge that the KoldenFruit may choose to provide attribution of your comments or reviews (for example, listing your name and hometown on a hotel review that you submit) at our discretion, and that such submissions may be shared with our supplier partners.

You further grant KoldenFruit the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your or the KoldenFruit' rights in the Submissions by a breach of these Terms of Use. You acknowledge and agree that Submissions are non-confidential and non-proprietary. You expressly waive any and all ‘moral rights’ (including rights of attribution or integrity) that may subsist in your Submissions and agree that you have no objection to the publication, use, modification, deletion or exploitation of your Submissions by us, KoldenFruit affiliates or any of our partners or licensees. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Submissions posted or submitted by you. We have no obligation to post your comments; we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to determine which comments are published on the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not provide us with any Submissions.

You are fully responsible for the content of your Submissions, (specifically including, but not limited to, reviews posted to this Website). Every now and then we may offer our customers certain incentives to leave reviews for retreats, centers or teachers. These can be credits, coupons, contest entries or others. We are fiercely in support of impartial, fair, and honest reviews, so the previously mentioned incentives are made available to customers no matter the rating they end up giving.

SECTION 28 - CANCELLATION POLICY

We define 4 levels of standard cancellation policies that apply to all retreats purchased on our site:

  1. Free

    • 100% deposit refund for cancellation 1+ days before the retreat start date.

  2. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

    If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to the day before your retreat start date.

  3. Flexible

    • 100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date.

    • 50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before retreat start date.

    • 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before retreat start date.

  4. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

    If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to the day before your retreat start date.

  5. Moderate

  6. Deposit

    • 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date.

    • 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before retreat start date.

    • 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.

    Remaining Balance

    • Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.

    • If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.

    • If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date remaining balance is not refundable

  7. Custom

    • Defined by the retreat owner.

Cancellation within 72 hours of Booking

For Hosts

We expect our hosts to reply to all bookings done through our platform within 24 hours. Please confirm the reservation directly with the guest who booked. Using the email address provided in our booking confirmation emails.

If for any reason you are unable to accept the booking, please communicate immediately to the guest and us.

We provide the guests with a 72 hour grace period to cancel their booking. If a guest asks to cancel their booking within this grace period they will receive a full refund of their deposit or amount paid.

After the 72 hour grace period, the cancellation policy, set by you, for your listing will go into full effect.

Disputes

In case of a dispute of the deposit, KoldenFruit submits all the available evidence to the cardholder’s bank. We also inform the retreat owner and ask for any further evidence we can use to submit to the bank. In case the dispute is lost and the money is refunded to the cardholder/guest, KoldenFruit cannot be held liable for the amount lost and will invoice the retreat owner in case the deposit was already paid out.

KoldenFruit owns the rights to the deposit money and with that, the right to make the final decision on it. If we feel it appropriate to refund the deposit to a guest due to issues of any kind, we have the right to do so, regardless of the cancellation policy in place.

For Customers

As a customer, if you book a retreat directly on our platform you have the right to cancel your booking within 72 hours and receive a full refund of your amount paid.

For cancellations made after the 72 hours, please refer to the cancellation policy of your booking
