Vegan brownie, coconut ganache

Raw, no-bake and with natural sugar


ingredients:

For the brownies base

  • Dates

  • maple syrup

  • pecan nuts

  • cashew nuts

  • vanilla powder or extract

  • a spoon of coffee

  • one spoon of melted chocolate

For the ganache

  • white chocolate

  • coconut milk

  • coconut oil

  • Hibiscus ( garnish)

  • 1 pinch of himalayan salt


Recipe

For the base

Blend first the nuts until it looks like wet sand.

Then add the maple syrup, vanilla powder. Mix again before adding a spoon of coffee and a spoon of melted chocolate or cacao powder.

Spread clean film at the bottom of your brownie plate so the mix is easy to remove later.

Use a spatula to press down the mix into a brownie plate- the dough should be about 4cm thick.

Put in the fridge for 2hours

For the ganache

Boil the coconut milk and coconut cream before stirring in the white chocolate out of the heat.

Let the mix cool down before whisking until the ganache get thicker.

When desired consistency, spread on top of your brownie base.
