What are chakras and how to balance them?

In meditation and yoga, chakras are known as wheels of energy located throughout the body and connected through the different body system ( reproductive, digestive, vocal, nervous system etc). There are believed to be seven main chakras matching the 7 main body system, overlaid on the endocrine organs along the spine.

Our programmes can help you understand and balance your chakras for better overall health.

Below are brief explanations of the seven chakras, how they affect us and how to balance them.
